New Constructions and Additions

Over the years we have gained significant experience as well as the relationships required with other trades to complete a new residential project all the way through in a timely manner and within anticipated budget.

When constructing a new structure, altering an existing structure or expanding it, we recommend that the services of a registered architect (RA) in the state of Florida be acquired in order to provide constructions/permit drawings and feedback on the limitations of your project (zoning regulations, property setbacks, cost analysis, energy efficiency and so on). Once these drawings are acquired, KCP can further analyze them and provide you with additional feedback, an itemized cost breakdown and schedule before we initialize the construction process. 

Remodeling / Renovations

KCP has teams specialized only in interior remodeling. We provide affordable services and we work step by step with our clients from design and material selection to punch list work in order to make sure clients are satisfied with their remodeling projects.

Restoration

If you notice issues such as water intrusion, cracking or spalling in concrete columns/beams, wood deterioration, termite damage or if you are just not sure of the extend of the damage, we have a very experienced team dedicated only to these types of restorations. We highly recommend to initiate repairs as soon as issues are observed in order to prevent the project from turning into a complex/expensive one.  

Building Envelope Remediation 

In order to keep moisture out of interior living spaces, proper finishes and sealant are recommended by professionals to be applied/replaced routinely (5 to 7 years exterior paint coatings, 10 to 15 years waterproofing and sealants) depending on the products used. KCP can perform a basic inspection and evaluation of the existing condition of these elements, and if necessary, we will provide you with our estimated cost of repairing/replacing these elements.

Another service that will help better protect your property against water or moisture intrusion is by updating windows, doors, vents and other wall penetrations. KCP will evaluate if there are any necessary repairs/replacements needed and will provide a free cost estimates for the work to be performed.
